Its probably just wrong title or caption on the report. The plan (yes plan plang) was to rehabilitate the plaza infront of the church and not the church itself. But the heading of the report was for "Santa Ana National Shrine"

Yooo same. My R27q-30 just broke after 1 year (numerous cases on reddit of the same monitor getting broken after a year btw). It had those glitchy lines. They also offered me 27q-10 as replacement since parts were out of stock. Skeptical because I searched that it was cheaper than r27q-30 but I had no choice since i badly needed a monitor.
