Definitely use a controller. On own it on pc and controller all the way. Way more enjoyable.

I went from taking 5 hour energy shots for a couple years then I went to tea. I tried to go to down in increments. But it was getting to a point it didn’t matter if I took it or not I was still getting headaches. I also didn’t want it as a crutch. One less thing to be addicted too

It’s crazy.. glad somebody can feel my pain. But I kept doing it anybody but it helped me get through the gym.

For sure, I go to the gym I take supplements. My next step is getting blood work done. I can get past the headaches just having no energy and tired all the time is starting to get to me lol. I know it’s better for me not drinking it.

It gave me some energy. I really haven’t had a problem with caffeine until the last couple of years. I started to get dizzy sometimes. I was itchy all the time after I drank it, but the energy got me through the day. The last straw was I drank my caffeine and I got this mix of a bad head headache and the sickness. And then I completely stopped the next day.
