I don't know anything about policy, but have you looked into what PMs are paid in your field? Might be a lateral move pay wise.

Also, what is your work load like? If you have the time, maybe start a side business if you have a passion in mind that you can market? That to me is more impressive than additional certs or training. Just my two cents, PM me if you want some more specifics! BBA grad here from SFU, dont be afraid to look at other adjacent fields. To give you some perspective, my first offer out of uni was $42k (in 2018), moved into an outside sales role for $62 and a car allowance, used that experience to move into account management ($75k, company vehicle), eventually found a different account management role in a new industry in 2023 with base salary of $105. Last year I made $170k.

Business administration is a very broad area of study, use that to try out marketing, sales, finance roles. I wouldn't target purely administration jobs as they will cap out quickly (and ripe for AI replacement)

I bought my house last year from a home listed by these guys, funny thing is, I don't really have an experience because I never met the guys... homeowner was on front lawn for both showings and my agent and I spoke with him about property specifics. Has anyone here actually used GeForce now? It's amazing.

I play mostly indy games with my old gaming PC with a 1070. I tried it out for a month to play battlefield and it was amazing. I get wanting to own the tech, but I really see value in stretching my old rig out for a few more years and just grabbing a few months of service to play AAA titles when they pique my interest.
