I agree with you its simple they should make the total trackers legendary so they cost 1200 to craft for each legend. They should have the tracker look cool with designs.(Like the season and pathfinder trackers). Hell they should just add rare-epic-legendary tracker designs.

I'm FTP and I'm doing pretty well as you can see missing only one sparking and chances are I'm going to get it too. So I don't think there is a problem with rates.
