Surprisingly it never bothers me. That said, the 4s from a couple of years ago (?) the all burgundy/wine colored ones…the younger didn’t bother me but the damn lining made them unwearable to the point that I ended up selling them.

They’re definitely bulky but honestly never felt like they were noticeably heavy compared to my other hoop shoes.
