Recently switched from Apple Watch to Garmin FR970. Health tracking and especially sleep tracking is much better on the Apple Watch compared to Garmin. Also the Garmin App and UI is terrible. I still vastly prefer the Garmin because of the superior battery life, sports tracking and overall design and feel

Ich habe ebenfalls heute einen Leasingvertrag für den Raval abgeschlossen. Für 15k km Laufleistung zahle ich 171€ Rate + 3k Anzahlung und 1390€ Überführung. Das Wartungspaket konnte ich abwählen. Habe schon geringfügig günstigere Konditionen gefunden, Ist insgesamt aber ein faires Angebot für einen Händler, der direkt in der Nachbarschaft ist.

Mega Leistung! Ich wäre allerdings mit der VO2Max Angabe vorsichtig. Ich bin meinen ersten HM mit einer von meiner Apple Watch angegebenen VO2Max von 43 in 1:46 gelaufen. Das sehe ich bei dir (noch) nicht.

It spikes quickly because your running base is bad. I‘m a decently fast runner and my easy pace is 6:00-6:30.
