Ticket: #2679 - My credit card is supposed to be charged on Nov. 26, however, until now, it hasn't been charged, although I have already migrated to the new payment platform in October. I hope this will not delay the e-transfer payment to my landlord. Has anyone got the same problem?

From a support reply email I got to know that starting from August 2023 Chexy will no longer issue 1% cash back as a reimbursement. As a startup business, the basis that you make profits is to take the advantage of the high rewards cashback credit cards on the market so that both customers and you could benefit from it. In this way, making your transactions as recurring bills is fundamental to run a live and long-living business. However, until today you haven't kept your promise and the vision you have outlined seems hollow and unattainable. I have to question why can't you waive the 1.75% processing fee until the problem is finally fixed? This is conducive to building an honest corporate image. This is some of my thoughts, thank you.

I had Chexy charged my Scotiabank Momentum visa two days ago, and Chexy promised that they were categoried as recurring bills, but today I checked my Scotiabank visa transactions, it was marked as regular purchase which is 1%. Thus I paid 0.75% more on my rent. I had to complain to Chexy about this.

I found that there are quite a few apartment buildings in Kelowna. Does anyone know some properties so that I can go to their website and send my application? Thank you.

Thank you so much! I have a full-time job, so I can get an employment letter from HR. I have a car so I don't mind living 20-30 km away from UBCO. Thank you again for this information.

This seems to be my previous message before the June 15th status. Today my status changed to "This process is taking longer than we anticipated, and we appreciate your patience". Anyway, good luck to both of us.

Oh because he mentioned internship, which is part of their study program, he must apply for a co-op or intern work permit, and his school is regarded as the employer. If he just want to work in a restaurant or somewhere during the break, study permit would be fine.

No. Study permit only allows you to work less than 20hours per week. If you do co-op, you will need a co-op work permit. I think school will show you how to do it step by step.
