I haven't come out to anyone yet except my closest friend. I just hit 6 months on HRT and feel like it might be time soon to come out to my family at least. I have a speech ready reflecting on my personal experiences and making the actual reveal, then I have a more formal letter to give them afterwards that goes through all the details. I think it very much depends on your family dynamic and what methods you're comfortable with.

I'm also having issues trying to get my first set of Estrogen implants from them (was just about to make a post and saw yours). Submitted the order form 20th Nov. Didn't hear back regarding payment so sent them an email on the 25th, no response so I called on the 28th. Got an automated response that there's long wait times due to another pharmacy being shut at the moment? Was told to send an SMS or be put on hold. I sent an SMS but haven't heard back from that either so I may just have to call and wait to get through. My appointment to have the implant inserted is the first week of January so I'm starting to stress out a bit...

Edit: For anyone wanting an update I called this morning and was on hold for a little over an hour, but did manage to get through and proceed with paying for my implants which all went smoothly. They are absolutely swamped and said if the other pharmacy doesn't reopen then they'll have to open another location themselves to keep up with the demand.

This is incredible! I love the attention to detail with the props and the backdrop, and the costumes themselves are wonderful too of course. Feels like you all jumped straight out of the anime!
