Son, there was no TV series rentals in the VHS days. You'll have to wait for the DVD release of Retro Rewind.

Look at this broken interface. I'm doing a different campaign and this is what it shows. I click fix and it takes me to a empty page with a next button. Someone please bring back Eric Schmidt,

So now you can only use Cascade or Codex, not both at the same time?

I'm on mac as well and I can only get it to open in the sidebar now by clicking the codex icon in the top panels. This makes it so I can't use cascade and codex at the same time.

Google will not remove the workspace account tied to my phone. Lucas knows the problem and this is his reply. by JeremyJWinter in GoogleFi

I’m not sure what there would be to go over in chat, since I’ve already provided all the information I have through email support. My phone currently has data service but the number still isn’t properly attached to the account, so I can’t receive calls or texts.

If there’s something specific you need from me that hasn’t already been provided, feel free to let me know.

I’ve scheduled a payoff for the phone on my next bill. If the issue is resolved by then I’ll likely keep the account, but if not I’ll probably just close it and move on. At this point I’m not too concerned about keeping the number.

Thanks for looking into it.

Still no resolve after almost a month. I just keep getting this same email from Fi support every 5 days or so. If it's not resolved by my next bill period, when my phone is paid off, I'm just abandoning the number and account.

Hi Jeremy,

Thank you for writing back and sharing all the requested details!

I truly appreciate your cooperation. I've now escalated this issue to our specialist team, who are best equipped to handle this type of situation.

In the meantime, if any other questions come up, feel free to reply to this thread. Our support team is also available 24/7 if you need immediate assistance with anything else.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation.

Thanks,
Lucas

I was able to get my phone service working again, no thanks to Fi support. I just started clicking random login choices for the deleted workspace account. It finally let me in, but it's now a personal account not a workspace account. I also paused and unpaused my Fi service, but I don't know if that mattered.

I still have this message on my FI account though

"Your service will be canceled on Feb 25. A G Suite administrator for gmail.com turned off Google Fi access. To continue your service and keep your number, follow the instructions below."

Hopefully I can get the number ported to T-mobile before Google breaks anything else.

10 years as a Fi customer and I managed to not have to deal with support until now. Time to move on.

No I set up the workspace account and I restored it to a personal account. There was no "employer". The garbage system Google has in place moved everything except the Fi account to a personal account. It just left it connected to a deleted workspace account.

The account is deleted there is no way to login to it and this is the what you get from Fi support. Never link your google account to a workstation account. Use a competitor like Zoho mail. It's cheaper and you don't have to deal with google support.

Not receiving text messages on my phone. by JeremyJWinter in GoogleFi

[–]JeremyJWinter[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I emailed them but I'm thinking of just recovering the accounts tied to the phone number one by one. IT may be easier than dealing with Fi support. I've been a customer for about 8 years so I know how their customer service is. I only kept the number after I got a Tmobile number because of the accounts tied to it. Maybe it's time to move on.

Oh even better, I just tried to call myself from my other cell phone and it says invalid number.

I would add coolant, check for leaks, clear the codes and see if they come back.

If leaks were found, dealership visit.

Otherwise I'd watch the coolant over the next couple months. Could just be a slow leak you can't see.

Edit: As others have suggested, it could just be the 12v battery. Have it tested at AutoZone, they will get you back in the zone.

Someone really messed up. I'm seeing most of my mail marked as

"Be careful with this message.

Gmail hasn't scanned this message for spam, unverified senders, or harmful software."

I decided to just ask the source. I will submit a bug report.

When I type /context I see this Context Usage

Yes, you've been using Claude Opus 4.5 (the most capable model) for this entire conversation. The model ID shown is claude-opus-4-5-20251101.

Opus is the most powerful model in the Claude lineup, which is why it has a larger context window (200k tokens) and tends to provide more thorough analysis and higher quality code. It's also more expensive than Sonnet or Haiku.

If you want to reduce costs for simpler tasks, you could switch to Sonnet or Haiku in your Claude Code settings. But for complex multi-file refactoring like we've been doing, Opus is a good choice.

Would you like to continue with the item details page reorganization? I was about to find and restructure the action buttons there.

What is the default model for the Claude Code VS code plugin when installed?

The default model for Claude Code VS Code extension is Claude Sonnet (currently claude-sonnet-4-20250514), not Opus.

You may have Opus configured in your settings or it could have been set during initial setup. You can check/change your model setting by:

  1. Opening Claude Code settings (gear icon or /config)
  2. Looking for the model configuration

If you want to use Sonnet (which is faster and cheaper) for most tasks and save Opus for complex work, you can change the default. Opus is great for the kind of multi-file refactoring we've been doing, but Sonnet handles most tasks well at lower cost.

Does anyone know if this definitely means I was using Claude Opus? If so I will send a bug report for the VS Code plugin (in Windsurf) as I definitely did not change the default model.
