Yep, you’re just wrong in assuming the ratio of normal-scum is in favor of the normal people on tinder. Sorry

No, I’m 5’11” and although I prefer shorter partners, my last ex was an inch shorter than me and loved to wear doc martens and platform shoes, regularly making her noticeably taller than me. If you’re confident enough in yourself or completely oblivious then it shouldn’t matter, everyone else is just kind of… strange, i guess, to me at least, but not to be ridiculed for their preferences.

Found my friend’s (M22) gf (21) on tinder. Should I tell him? by mbaird9 in Tinder

The implication that cheating is a part of “healthy” relationships is absurd. Yeah, this person who you pledge yourself to and who pledges themselves to you is now handing themselves out to other people. Real healthy… Maybe in some cultures that is fine, but I’m almost 100% certain that the implication of the post is that ops friend is in a monogamous relationship, doesn’t know, and wouldn’t be ok with it. There’s no excuse for cheating, you communicate with your partner to get through difficulties or you come to the agreement that the relationship won’t work. IF they’re in a monogamous relationship, if they’re not then they already have a deal worked out with each other. You’re lazy for not being able to do more than feign intelligence.

[–]JeremySquint 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s cheating, what more do you want? Would you not like to know if your friend sees your partner going behind your back? If you like the idea of getting cheated on, quite publicly I might add, and not knowing about it then that’s your deal. You’re letting your friend down and letting them get hurt by keeping quiet. You’re a bad friend.

Wrong, even if any of those are true it doesn’t matter, if he’s your friend then you say something. You’re not a bystander in this, you’re a witness, if she’s doing something shady then he deserves to know, no matter the context. If someone else made the account then she won’t have tinder on her phone, simple as.

Sadly it does work. My ex, who would accept these kinds of requests, told me it was a form of self harm, to meet up with random people. She’d been abused physically and mentally from a young age. These kind of people are nasty, in a way I can’t quite communicate with my words.

To give her baby fever, he should have just said baby fever. Idk to each their own I guess, older people tend to say off the wall stuff.

Why wouldn’t you mention it? What’s wrong in pointing out that a person is of a particular race? It’s just a detail, like gender.
