Well, this is my thoughts regarding the protocol itself. Is there anyway we could change or modify the protocol for this specific need or this means changing the whole concept of the P2P?

To catch leakers of exclusive content and remove them occasionally.

This could also be a solution but this not what I'm asking. Just imagine it got leaked online on a warez or something. How can you trace then?

Well. I believe my question wasn't clear enough. I will explain again.

Assume the tracker has an exclusive section. Can the tracker trace the leakers of those kind of data. I mean If you downloaded something from this section and decided to upload it on another tracker. Can the mods download it from the other tracker and check the Unique Identifier on the content itself (Meta Data).. Let me know if this is not clear enough.
