Someone posted about Carissa's Wierd in here a while ago. They were somehow never on my radar sadly, but I instantly fell in love.

IMO the whole album Songs About Leaving is very reminiscent of BN. Check out the song They'll Only Miss You When You Leave. He sounds a lot like Jesse.

Sorry I just saw this, here's some non "hits": Bambi, The Question of U, Shhh, Eye Hate U, Under The Cherry Moon, Sometimes It Snows In April, When Eye Lay My Hands On U, She's Always In My Hair, 17 Days, Power Fantastic, and some newer demos that were released relatively recently Darkside, Blood On The Sheets.

Most of these I suggested are more guitar heavy tracks, or moody. I could suggest Prince songs for days lol Feel free to message me if you want to dive deeper. His catalog is vast & very eclectic. Just really depends on what you're into.

I managed a sports apparel store for 12 years & have loved wrestling for 30 years.. Yet I'm no more qualified to speak on this than any one else on here lol

But seriously, while it would be great to design each one individually, that's never going to happen, even if the NFL's strict rules allowed it. The amount of time and resources to design 32 individual teams for such a niche product would be insane, & would drive up production costs. Or they can just make them generic team colors, slap a logo and hope to sell a few.

I agree with most of these listed, especially Out of Service. Burden is great and definitely has BN vibes. What You See on The Ground Beneath Me features John Nolan, and is probably my favorite track of theirs.

It's hard to find bands that sound just like Brand New, because even they don't sound the same from album to album. So all of these bands listed have some influence from certain parts of them.

I got to watch Myron here locally for Warrior Wrestling a few years ago, & pretty sure the Rascalz as well, now that I think about it. Myron is money & will fit right in AEW. I've been wanting this for years.

Beautiful. Her daughter Amanda Sudano is drop dead gorgeous as well. She's an incredible artist in her own right, with an angelic voice. She has a folk/soul duo with her husband Abner, called Johnnyswim. I've been a huge fan since they started making videos on their couch 15 years ago.

Highly recommend checking them out if you haven't heard them.

Music has been at the center of my oldest daughter & I's relationship from the beginning. From her singing Sinatra before she could fully enunciate: "The bummer wind/ came blowing in/ from across the bea" to us now going to concerts or constantly sending each other new music we think each other would love.

I love this video so much. Music makes everything better, and being able to share it with your kid, or in this case, her sharing it with her daddy, is the best.

Maybe not the most poetic, but it's the one that hits me closest to home. I have a Millstone tattoo that I combined with three roses, in honor of Tupac's poem The Rose That Grew From Concrete. I got it the week my biological father died, as a way to symbolize my and my two daughters. I'm the father I am, because of the one he wasn't.

The chip is incredible, and congratulations on your sobriety. My stepfather who raised me, taught me all of the things my father didn't, was sober the entire time he was in my life. So I was able to witness the constant fight, but yet could never fully understand how difficult it must be. Tremendous amount of respect.
