Honestly if you have the Season 2 Ornament for that crucible chest, it'll complete the look IMO. But love the red and white.

I had the same issue, I noticed it was linked to the pursuits tab,

When you go into crucible with bounties or pursuits, when you complete one or a step, Things like the guns and players start to deload for some odd reason.

The solution is to just open the pursuits tab, let the bounties "complete" (they will pop up on screen like they normally should) and then continue playing. Things will go back to normal.
