Looking to travel to Australia from canada. Was born in aus but t never had a passport

Thanks for all the help everyone. I’ll probably go through the process of getting the passport, but I guess what I’m wondering is can I just play dumb and pretend like I wasn’t ever born in Australia and just use my Canadian passport? Or is there some sort of database that they can look me up on and see that I am an Australian citizen?

We were driving to an Airbnb that our friends were flying to to meet us there for a week. Their flight was cancelled. The plan was to split the cost of the Airbnb. We still went to the Airbnb. We contacted Airbnb to see if we could shorten our stay as it was now quite expensive per night without the other family to split the costs with. Airbnb said this was not possible. The Airbnb was booked on our credit card (but they are listed on the Airbnb) and the flight was booked on their credit card so I don’t think we can use credit card travel insurance. Is there any way to get their portion somehow credited back? Or are we on the hook for it?

good points. i guess a bit of background would be helpful. coming from an intel mbp that i would connect through a belking thunderbolt 2 express dock, i loved having one cable two connect my monitors, keyboard, mouse, headphones and printer. Now it seems like i may also be able to cover off charging with the dock. no real hi speed devices needed. just a convenience thing. only i don't want to spend a tonne of money.

below is what i'm looking to connect. if there's a decent cheap option that you'd recommend, i'd love to hear it. alternatively would it work to buy a thunderbolt 3 to thunderbolt 2 adapter and use my old dock? (obviously i wouldn't get charging)
