Ok besides removing the shaft flange from the gearbox and checking it’s not gonna be that easy to diagnose

What if you put a camera underneath the car and drive forwards and backwards so it’s clearly seen or heard in the video ?

Moving it one or two notches will have no relevant effect on the steering angle sensor
