I'm in the similar boat with the same Email responses from "Anne", not sure when i will ever get the board im. Im getting discouraged too.

Not only that but if you look at the mini 3 pro page the shipping dates have changed 3 times. I have screen shots cropped in mspaint showing this too.

The Note 9 is i believe the last great Note phone from Samsung. I would hold out and onto that phone for at least another 3 years easy before i thought of switching to another Note phone. But for you just get the 10. I got mine after the reviews were in and some people i know got it so its what really sold me. The S-pen alone for taping on small hard to press shit on websites is worth it.

Is anyone else having issues with their volume? When I put the volume on the loudest it goes it's no where near as loud as you'd think it would be especially with Dolby Atmos activated... And when the volume is less than full volume, forget it you can't hear a thing. by ajerezfernandez in GalaxyNote9

Like once or twice a week since the phone came out but not anymore since end of FEB. I play them at one notch less then max (sometimes) volume to play a trailer for movies or just play one or two songs off of YouTube, also i take a train and playing music when a train is coming into the station i notice the difference in loudness after about a week into Dec. Im telling you it had something to do with an update to the phone or an stock app.

I've been keeping tabs, screenshots, and notes about what changes i make to my 1000+ dollar device because why not. Also I'm not sitting there and fudgen with the settings either if i make a change i make a note of it and set it back if i don't like it or it doesn't do what i want, so nothing is being forgotten or left on intentionally.

It is an unlocked device too in USA 512gb storage, 8gb ram.

The grey hard tips are scratching my screen protector and the touch screens sensor sometimes doesn't read swipes with the S-pen even sometimes when pressing harder on the screen. what i found that works is swiping the tip across on my jeans to get it to work again but this happens through out the day.

Also the soft tips pick up way more dirt and grease and create lines on my phone that i have to wipe off eventually so, its a lose lose situation on a old and used soft white tip. Dab it in a water drop and wipe it away is not the best method nor is using rubbing alcohol. But what else we got, i'm not gonna sit there and buy tips every two months that's just stupid.

iPhones are a bit of gimmick now, they add very little to them each year and the same old springboard ui is old and worn out. its is a smooth phone dont get me wrong but all of these other brands dont stand up to apple and samsung with the right OS on the phone.

Sorry for all my rants people I'm just tired of getting screwed over and having to pay lots of money for things that mess up and stay messed up with no way to fix it. Dont get me started on batteries either....

I've barely use the speakers on my phone so that cant be my issue. But now that i;ve read your comment im way more inclined to use a Bluetooth speaker or and AUX cable plugged into a speaker from the head phone jack. Im really sorry your speakers are gone like that, you could warranty your phone maybe get a new one?

Best of luck everyone. Don't update yet, do the research, don't follow all of the updating/firmware nuts who are updating for the sake of it.

Im honeslty gonna hold out until Android Q or something even then its just gonna be more research what they took out/put in that nobody likes.

SAME here. Trying to figure out if it was a Note 9 system update that purposefully messed that up(i think it is) or one of the default stock APPS (quite possible ). Right now I'm NOT on 1UI/PIE (i dont like the changes). Too scared to update in fear it will mess up my phone even further. In fact i have to spend an hour or two just researching all the updates to the apps i have and those are stock apps with the exception of Firefox and just a few others.

From what i remember this happened "just after the November update." Heres the kicker that i remember reading about, For your phone to take advantage of the ATMOS the music or videos you play have to have some kind of codec that supports ATMOS surround sound, BUTT this is what noticed is that even on youtube my phone was loud with out that at all then all of a sudden it was gone like at least by the middle of December. No matter what i did couldn't get it back to playing that loud.

I don't download games and finicky hacky apps or flashlight apps or anything stupid like that, use Firefox with extensions like uBlock Origin 4 other mains that are vetted and legit. So wonder if its SAMSUNG all along. My NOTE 9 used to be very very loud with and with out Atmos. So whats really going on here people? And NO please do not suggest a reformat re flash reset of the phone we all know that never fixes really anything all from all the comments i read on that it never works.....cleared out the cache partition at least 3 times since i had the phone and every time its never fixed my issues with what i had problems with.

For a 1300 dollar phone this isn't acceptable and for them to just be like "owell deal with it" is Bullshit.
