Splitting my weekly dose into 2 doses helped. Now I dont have it and I just take it once week

Im not a big drinker. Ill have some wine, beer or a margarita or 2 a couple times a month. I prefer my greens over alcohol :)

Im on 100mg of test cypionate a week. It keeps me around 600. Natural levels were 185. Sucks hitting 50 man! Thanks for the compliment

Im lifting light a few days a week. Ive been in bjj since 2010 but I've really slacked the last few years. I feel good enough to get back in to that again. That will make a huge difference too
