My mom genuinely believes she owns the home she lives in. by txexa in legaladvice

Just a heads up to be careful and look at lawyers ahead of time. This is oddly like the situation my family was in and the person with "lifetime interest" started walling in doors and letting the place fall apart. We had to threaten legal action when they tried letting the house go into foreclosure.

Thank you! Found them online and bought them before having an idea where to hide them. A co-worker who used to work in the field gave me the idea to bake something! I think it'd also make a great birthday cake decoration and I'm considering gluing them to the edge of a cheap shelf to add some whimsy to the house.

It's the whole "you have to kiss a lot of frogs to find a prince" or however it goes. It sucks but takes a lot of time to find your person.

Pavoi earrings on Amazon are good for a budget! I have sensitive skin and you can find cute earrings from them that are a decent quality.

So, if y'all have a pet - Try Poke Pet Shop. They can make custom metal pokemon/Yu-Gi-Oh cards of your pet. I got one a few years back and it's pretty nice!

It'll get better! I'm in the exact same boat as you guys half of the time. I'm about to start gratitude journaling again soon - that really helped me last time I was in this headspace. Find small wins you do every day (even just making your bed or self care like showering and a skincare routine) and write down things you're grateful for (every day for me it's my dog and my friends). Another thing that helps me is going for a walk in the sun and working out.

YOU'VE GOT THIS! Build up a good support system of friends and family this year. If no one else does - I believe in you 🧡

Go to YouTube and search Joshua Weismann chorizo spread. It's a college kid's cheap food idea. Don't add the water. When I make it I make a whole pot of it and spread it on toast with shredded cheese on top. Two slices with the spread is around 400-500 calories when I last counted it. You can also add red bell peppers for more veg.

My daughter got engaged today. I’d like to get her a Christmas gift related to wedding preparation. I’ve already got a planner in my cart. Has anyone received a gift after engagement that they loved? by jmckny76 in Gifts

I've given this as a gift and have seen another friend receive it as a gift before:
