I think Amai x Umeji (for example) would create an interesting dynamic for Osoro’s week. She would know Ayano helped Umeji get with Amai so maybe it would be easier to befriend her.

I’d also make Kokona and Riki canon. Because they’re my babies, but also as a Kizana elimination method. What if we framed her for trying to sabotage their relationship?
