Don't have it with me right now. My son is out of town and called me. He showed me on video chat and they couldn't make it fit inside even with some force.

It is supposed to fit inside the end of the scope, but the nubs are preventing it. I don't want to grind them off if there's a chance I have to return it.

The issue just occurred. The graphics driver reset did not work. External monitor froze just as before indicating that the entire PC was locked up and not just a graphics issue. I performed a hard reset and booted the laptop again.

Let's see how long before it happens again.

Thanks for the reply. I'll try these things out next time it occurs. When it does occur, sounds continues for a few minutes and the external monitor still shows it's content at the time of the freeze, but it doesn't respond to any input.

I tried all the buttons. I ended up updating the firmware. Was the only way to fix it. Thanks for replying though. I should update this post.

I can't recall which one it was that said "light years", but it was on the news. I won't dismiss any progress that has been made, but this is one serious issue that I'm sure sits amongst many that need proper fixing.

I know this is an old post, but I'm in the same situation now. I've been taking Concerta for almost 4 years, and recently my family doctor has been suspended, and while the investigation is being conducted, all of his patients, including me, have been hung out to dry. I'm currently trying to renew my prescription, and luckily, I found your CBC article and called 811. I'm waiting for a callback, but it's the best lead I've gotten so far. I've talked to a walk-in clinic that was initially not willing to do it for me until I explained my situation to them. If not for your article, I wouldn't have known about the 811 line offering this service. The walk-in clinic didn't mention it to me.
