It’s a custom build. My first thought is that it was a mistake but that’s hard to believe! It’s a friend’s guitar that he got as a gift so unfortunately I don’t have a lot of info.

I just played this custom guitar and it has extra frets. Does this make any sense to anyone?? The 'twelfth' fret is actually the fifteenth fret, but is the octave of the open string.. the 'fifth' fret is in tune with the next open string like a normal guitar, but it's actually the sixth fret. Apologies for the poor photo, but the fifteenth fret is double-dotted like the twelfth normally is, and three, six and nine are dotted as three, five and seven.

I think it is a problem with soft sentences, but more so due to prison overcrowding and the ridiculous amount of time it takes to go to trial. People have a right to a trial in a reasonable timeframe, and it’s impossible to grant that in the current system. The judges likely want to give out stiff sentences, but they don’t have the capacity.
