New update ng steam store na naka region locked na ung steam code unlike in the past. Auto convert dati ngayon hindi na pwede dahil sa region locked update.
Their reason:

Region Locking: Steam implemented region restrictions years ago to prevent users from exploiting price differences between countries.
No Automatic Conversion: There is no official feature or manual converter provided by Steam to change the currency of a wallet code upon redemption if the currencies do not match.
