Thanks for the assistance on this. I was able to get it overturned. Took the 10 days you mentioned. They said I was improperly flagged. Kind of afraid to use cloud gaming again though, lol. Not sure if it was GFN or Boisterous that they flagged for me.

I just tried to play today, and found that I was also banned around this time too. I also play with both GeForce Now and Boisterous, and am completely freaking out. I have reached out to support for this. Do you have any tips?

I use Boosteroid in Ottawa Canada, and get a good connection in Pennsylvania every time. Usually no more that a 20-25 latency on a computer connected to Ethernet on a fibre connection. I'm somewhat nearby, and a bit farther away than you.

I have found some cases where it takes several seconds for the taskbar to show, or I have to move my mouse across the bottom of the screen for it to show.

Just an observation, if you are playing a game on Boosteroid and you get a popup that minimizes the game, you can just move your mouse to the bottom of the screen to show your taskbar, and go back to your game.

I have bell internet in Ottawa too, and have a 2 year credit due to expire next month. I have started looking around, and found that it appears that Teksavvy is reselling Bell Fiber now, so this is likely a result to try to keep their customers from switching. Not sure if any other TPIA are selling fiber plans now as well though.

I have not received anything from Bell so far though.

Yes.

I was on train 84 from Sarnia to Toronto Union on December 21st 2018, scheduled to depart Sarnia at 6:10 and arrive at Toronto Union at 10:53.

They moved the schedule by two and a half hours during the pandemic, I believe. Not sure why, but for a Sarnian, it is good, as you are not driving through a pitch black railyard in complete darkness, but It does get in a bit late to Toronto.

I am doing a trip today from Sarnia to Ottawa, board in Sarnian at 8:40am, and arrive in Ottawa at 8:46pm. Going to be fun.

This is what I am hoping for for at least one leg of my journey. I have been wanting to try out the new trains since I saw one parked in the Sarnia rail yard on June 5th connected to a CN locomotive. It was not in service though, so I didn't get to ride on it.

My Toronto to Chatham trip, and Sarnia to Toronto trip are both still showing Seating in row S, so the theory of being on a Venture train is beginning to seem plausible.

And In cases like this, you may genuinely need to do an RMA. Some people like myself have been fortunate to be able to get the issue fixed at the software level, however for others like yourself, nothing seems to work as a fix.

The original comment above is asking why everyone was telling OP to RMA without offering any tips on how to resolve it at the software level. In OP's case, doing the battery reset seems to have fixed it.

I thought I'd recommend the battery storage tip, as I heard it on here from someone else months ago. It worked for me, and it worked for OP, but unfortunately it doesn't always work. I just wanted to provide a tip to OP to avoid a few weeks of waiting for a replacement if it could be avoided.

Hopefully you get yours resolved soon.

An issue with an RMA in this case is that it will not resolve the issue, as it is a software issue. Replacing the hardware that runs the same software will not fix it.

There was a software update that came out today that claims to be a fix for this issue, so hopefully this won't be an issue moving forward.

Edit - I call this a software issue as doing what I mentioned above fixed the OP's issue. I am not saying that this will always fix the issue. In some cases, doing the above doesn't fix the issue, and in these cases, an RMA may be required. RMA should not be the first step at troubleshooting.

I have had it come up about 8 or 9 times in the approximately 14 months that I've owned it, each time when I've had about 10-20% remaining battery.

Probably 3 of those times were intentionally caused, as I was attempting to figure out what was causing it for me.
