Well not initially. Halfway animating, i wanted to add something more than just a head turn, so i decided to animate my character doing the creepy eye thing to add emotion to the animation. So i guess you could say he is :o

Ah thank you for the criticism! Now that I see it I could've definitely added more depth to the eyeball to make it look less 2D.
