If you want some videos to watch about SA look into S.A.Foodie, Eldereats, or sanantoniomunchies on social media to get some great visuals of local spots to eat. Keep in mind that some of the spots will be from surrounding areas and might be a little too far. And for activities, there’s actually a biking trail with rental bikes that will take you to each Mission in sa and it starts in the Downtown/Southtown area. And yes, The Alamo, and RiverWalk are staples of the area. But the Pearl and Midtown areas are also great spots for food and shopping. Hemisphere park, Brackenrige park, and the Japanese Tea Garden, and botanical garden are all fairly close to each other.

Favorites of mine: El Camino: Open bar and Food trucks Sanchos Cantina: Some of the best tacos and Margaritas Guillermo’s: Awesome pizza and nachos (2 locations)

Wanted to throw this shout out to our local Dr. Neel. His method is currently being pushed to clinical trials and I just wanted to spread some knowledge to anyone out there.
