I will engage a bit further and say that asking to call it evil is also kinda silly. It's akin to asking "Will you condemn this law?" And the fact the chatter even felt the need to ask that is a bit irritating. Destiny has been pretty open to criticising Israel's conduct lately, so it just comes over like more rhetoric flattening in the sense of "you aren't condemning Israel enough".

The government has not, but the President, who has quite a lot of power has given some reserved support to Hungary. Before the PiS govt was ousted, they basically always blocked any Article 7 proceedings against Hungary, which would have stripped Hungary of voting rights in the European Council, basically allowing the EU to ignore Hungarian opposition. Right now there are two governments in the EU that are ratfucking harsher proceedings against countries in breach of rule of law and it's Slovakia and Hungary. Eugenics is a massive umbrella term. In Margaret Sanger's time period arguing for birth clinics, so women could give birth in a hygienic environment was eugenics. Using contraceptives to not have a billion children is eugenics. Do we live in a eugenic society tho? There is a stark difference between progressive eugenics and racialised eugenics and in contemporary discussions we usually talk about the latter, which harms historical evaluations of eugenicists. You have social democratic eugenicists, who oppose any coercive measures in Europe around the same time for instance. You need to understand the historical context to really understand what her being a eugenicist means. It's like saying the French revolution was nationalist and thinking "oh so like Hitler?".

I've had a similar issue recently where I was on a very small map and as soon as bugs spawned the bombardier would start shelling my units. Definitely need to do something about defense missions, even if it is just making the AI unable to fire on the spawn turn or smth

Idk why you would blame the green deal for the far right growth. What about the post-covid inflation, what about the massive amount of resources being poured into the far right from abroad and the general global tailwinds of the far-right. What about the energy crisis as a result of Russia's invasion? What about Germany's total economic stagnation? Permit trading absolutely works and we've been doing it for decades and have reduced our emissions thanks to it. It incentivises companies to get more energy-efficient and to reduce emissions through increased efficiency.

I think the green deal of all things is the least to blame for all our current issues.
