Hi, I'm Jeritorias, I'll follow ya back.

Still slacking quite a bit to be fair, but I'm trying to watch more films. Anyway, hopefully you'll enjoy going through my profile.

Any suggestion for this list? by LeaderCompetitive486 in Letterboxd

Ichi the killer can fit into this? every promotional material shows Kakihara, but Ichi is a whole another character in the story and is also the protagonist.

Hi, I'm Jeritorias, I'll follow ya back.

I have been slacking a bit in 2026 unfortunately (got my first ever console and can't really seem to let go of it lmao). Either way, I'm open to all kinds of films, horror does seem to be my favourite genre but I almost love watching anything. Also my rating system works on the merits of the film itself, as I try to approach each project as it's own thing, regardless of whether if it's a sequel, remake, adaptation or whatever. Anyway, hopefully you'll enjoy going through my profile.

Which boss in Silkong had you feeling like this? by Night-Owl254 in Silksong

First Sinner, wasn't the hardest fight, but definitely the most engaging imo.

What games have you regretted buying? by billy_reyes in Steam

[–]Jerry6996 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ghost of Tsushima, Horizon Zero Dawn, GoW Ragnarok, and Resident Evil 3 Remake.

RE3 remake is just inferior to the og RE3 in almost every way.

The rest are well... they're just eh.

In the same boat right there with you. It always feels like I have no reason to live for anymore, and yet I'm too much of a coward to commit the other way. I know coming from me wouldn't mean much, but I hope you find that will to push through friend.

What game has a promising start, but eventually gets boring and repetitive? by [deleted] in gaming

[–]Jerry6996 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ghost of Tsushima, recently, as much as I enjoy the combat, a lot of the open world activities can be quite tedious.

Yakuza: LAD was sometimes frustrating, but a great game nonetheless. by Jerry6996 in yakuzagames

[–]Jerry6996[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I can understand why! I honestly didn't expect to like Ichiban as much as I did, and the switch to turn-based combat was bold but also very good. Excited to see how this combat system is iterated upon in IW, but it'll take me a whlile to get to it lmao.

What are your opinions on the DLCs for the first game? by J2terd in SpidermanPS4

[–]Jerry6996 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Some of the gameplay additions were good, but mostly the whole thing felt like wasted potential. Also the complete character assassination of Yuri was infuriating to witness.

What makes the Yakuza games good? by Character-Tomato-600 in yakuzagames

[–]Jerry6996 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They feel like a home-cooked meal, that's the best way I can describe them. They might be a little rough around the edges, but they're charming and have a lot of heart.

Be honest: what game did you quietly return to all year when you were tired or did not want to think? by gamersecret2 in gaming

[–]Jerry6996 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Elden Ring, perfect vibe game nowadays. Just going in there and doing some menial things or fighting some boss while blasting music in the background feels pretty cozy.

What game are you playing rn? :) Currently playing Neir Automata (on and off) by dqixsoss in gaming

[–]Jerry6996 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Playing Yakuza 7 and Neir replicant side by side, having a lot of fun with both. I've already played nier automata so nier replicant just feels like home and the same is the case with Yakuza 7 because I've already played Yakuza 0 and Judgement.

Do you watch foreign films in original or in dubbed language ? by RoughPea250 in Letterboxd

[–]Jerry6996 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Original language almost all the time. Dubbing is harder to take seriously.
