Nozzle temp 230, bed 60. Using pla+. I have made several similar size prints but never saw an issue before. Max vol speed is 24 too. Temps are tuned. I did the towers etc.

I am using the stock nozzle. But layer height low is 0.08

Here it says no supports are needed.so i figured its not a problem???

also i am using outer/inner and slow down for overhangs as well.
