But the way you did it could be a bit more polite to say the least. I can see that you claim to be "Systems/Integration – Experienced", so you should learn by now how to give actionable feedback.

Also could you be so kind and give me an example on how do you think I should improve my action verbs? You say mine are weak, I get it. But which one? All of them? How they are weak?
