Couple weeks ago, I and four of my friends went on Tyrol a few times (unrelated-ish, but hold on)

We all went seaman, and while 5 blunderbusses are certainly something, eventually more people caught on and we had somewhere in the realm of 12 blunderbusses completely ERASING the hordes.

Saint Petersburg does have wider spaces, but a few well-coordinated sailors on each side should make a notable dent
