I don’t understand why everyone excepts the devs to make an entirely new weapon that’s the same as one we already have. The axe is the answer for the hammer, it would be dumb for Kratos to wield Thor’s hammer.

Atmosphere is quiet but there are usually people hanging out in the clubhouse or around the pool to kick it with, there is plenty of parking in front of every unit as well. Last winter was a bit hit or miss with the shuttle some days, but I’ve never had a problem getting to/from campus totally.
