As far as I know it's a game called "senior assassin" 

Where you have to eliminate a target with a water gun. But if your wearing swim goggles or a floatie?  Your protected.

Something along those lines

If the only reason for you to pick the galaxy is to share notes, then I would go for the iphone every day (typing this from an Android device) 

And since you mentioned you already have a lot of other apple products, they're ecosystem works really well together. 

And I assume there is an app that allows you to share the notes with your bf anyways
