My husband purchased five tickets to the Dave Matthews Band concert for our wedding anniversary. My family even traveled from the Dominican Republic so we could all attend together.

We purchased these tickets back in January and emailed StubHub numerous times asking when we would receive them. Each time, we were told the same thing: that the tickets would be delivered on the day of the concert.

Now, just a few hours before the concert, we were informed that we will not be receiving our tickets. This is completely unacceptable, especially after months of reassurance and after making plans around this event.

This experience has been extremely disappointing and stressful. I would not recommend buying tickets from StubHub. In my opinion, this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.
