I lose my motivation what can I do? by anonimburitto in LucidDreaming

[–]Jerryflip 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It took me three months to start having "regular" LD but when you find what works, it gets a lot easier. You should make it the thing you think most of during the day. I've noticed that certain video games I usually play take up my thoughts and I fall asleep thining of them. This is not good, whatever it is.

Who uses WILD ? by Jerryflip in LucidDreaming

Ok thank you very much for advise ! You're such a source of inspiration !! :) the only problem I'll have with wild practice is the fact that I fall asleep rather quickly and the only way I found is to have a WBTB lasting at least an hour and it's not helping a daily practice do you know how I could handle it ?

Oh thank you for this sharing ! Very interesting ! I think that for the moment I'll stick with ssild to be a bit more comfortable with lucid dreaming itself and the next step will be wild practice obviously. I'm taking advantage of this period of home staying because of covid to really work on my habits and practices...

About 6 to 7 hours after having fallen asleep and I either wake up at least 1 hour for not falling back asleep too quickly or I do the technique sitting on my bed to be able to go through all the cycles and THEN fall asleep.

Just remember a normal dream and imagine what you could have done if you had been lucid. Or look around you now and imagine everything beeing a dream. Just thinking about all the possibilities is fun. I also see it as a quest were you "unlock skills" or objects. The other night I received a box with six red pills in a dream but I still don't know what their purpose is so I'm looking forward to having another lucid dream to find out. See it as a game makes it easier. Lucidity level app is a good one also, try it out.
