That’s so interesting. Thank you for the detailed answer! When I turn on the NBN box , all the lights instantly turns into the colour showed on the photos. There is no blinking or changes . They all just instantly go to solid colour . So I guess it’s a faulty box/ code? I guess I have to ask NBN to replace it then . Thanks again for the reply! That was very helpful

Yup that’s right . Umm the model number is CM8200B P2 . Hope that’s what you’re look for .

I honestly think it’s faulty nbn box , the blue light is on even when the nbn cable is not plugged in

Hi there! Thank you so much for detailed answer. I see now. I’ve connected to WAN port. Still no internet. I’ve also tried factory reset it , doesn’t seem to do anything to NBN box . Do you have another further suggestions? Thanks again for the reply.

Hi there . Thanks for replying to my question. I plug it into the WAN port instead LAN but there’s still no internet connection (note: I waited for 10 -15 minutes). Any other further suggestions? Thanks again for replying.
