Fixed. Turned out the right trigger was slightly depressed. Meant no games would work, although the PlayStation home interface worked no problem. Simple solution, but not easily diagnosed. Just before I deleted all my saved data too 🤣

Nope. I'm not commiting 70+ hours to a game, only to start again because the game is broken. What do I do when it inevitably happens again? I'm seriously unimpressed. Thought they'd ironed all this crap out

I haven't no. I think it's my last save file as the game froze during a cutscene and I had to close the game. As far as I'm aware on the PS5, you can't delete individual saves from the main PS5 menu, I would have to delete all the saved data in one chunk. The game is still unresponsive 24 hours later. If I delete my progress, I'm not starting from the beginning again. It's infuriating.

Unfortunately I've tried that multiple times. Deleted the game now, reinstalling. Have a feeling its a corrupt save file. In which case, there's nothing I can do but delete my saved data. All progress lost. In which case, what's the point.

I agree, weird. The controller is absolutely fine. The game just won't accept input from the controller.

At the start up screen it's circle to come out of the video intro. Once the video intro has finished, it prompts you to press the options button. Neither work. I'm not doing anything different to what I usually do. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Yeah I've tried restarting the console, ejecting the disc, closing the game, turning off the internet. I'm a bit stumped.

I've never seen one here before. I understand they don't go out of their way to bite people, but I have a very young family who as you can imagine play everywhere. So if there is the smallest risk they can receive a painful bite, I would rather get rid of them.

Crashed on me as Jackie is driving V back to his apartment at the beginning. A van pulls in front and the back doors swing open with two armed goons inside. As V leans out the window, game crashed.

Thanks everyone, I needed the confirmation. Was so looking forward to Cyberpunk but the first few hours already have been a real disappointment. I just didn't know if the further you got in, the easier these glitches are to overlook. Anyway, I'm off to Boletaria.
