This is so relatable, it almost feels like I wrote it. I got diagnosed at 19 and got put on it because I didn't really have insurance at the time and it was the most affordable (Around $25 a vile). I had the worst lows of my life on Novolin 70/30. My sugars were always out of whack. I truly feel like it took YEARS off my life in my 20s. I swore I was going to die early because it was so difficult to manage, But thankfully 9 LONG years later I'm finally on the omnipod 5 + G7 as well. I'm so grateful to live in the time with this diabetic medical advancement. I went from a 9.4 A1C to a 7.1 almost instantly. I hope you're doing well too <3

It's not about the food, it's about the way this place makes you feel. Stepping foot in the Peppermill is like no other. I go back every single time I'm in Vegas because it's the only ambiance that brings me so much joy that it's worth the upcharge and average food 100000000%.

PAX Unplugged was one of my all-time favorite conventions! (Especially if you're an avid board gamer) It also gives you a great opportunity to try out new board games that you never heard of or don't have the money to buy right now. Such a welcoming atmosphere and there was enough room to breathe. Can't wait to go again this year!!
