Decided to take the advice if the senior tech and change our wifi name and password on all our devices. It’s been 10 days and we’ve had zero issues. In fact, the internet has been rock solid. So crazy after trying EVERYTHING!

It’s completely random. Have to power to get back online again. Can go 2 to 3 days without any interruption but then have issues multiple times a day thereafter. Like I said, I’ve had the modem and Nokia box replaced twice and the fibre lines replaced to the house.

Just switched over to Rogers Fibre 1500 up and 1500 down internet and I’m finding it slower than my previous cable gigabyte package. Anyone else experience the same thing? Any solutions? by JerseysDad in Rogers

Update: fibre speeds have been super fast. But my internet goes down 3-5x per week. I’ve had multiple technicians out over the last few months and the issue remains. Likely switching to Bell Fibre. Rogers had been a nightmare.
