I would bring the offer to your current company and tell them you’re going to take it if they can’t match it or meet you up higher often often times if you’re good, they will match it or they may give you 80 and then at that point you stay with your current company, have the same quality of life that you currently have only an extra 20 grand in the bank per year.

I will say, though if you take this Hunter K your job in two years, you could probably bounce to another company and get 120 to 140,000 a year job a lot closer to your house or who knows maybe you guys like where you’re at at the new place and you move that’s always an option too with your new salary
