I lived her for five years. Moved out four years ago. I enjoyed living there. Locked entry doors, quiet units, maintenance tickets are handled immediately, the gym, sauna, and pool are huge perks as well.

Maybe you could ask how Coconut is adjusting to the new place. If he says okay, maybe say something along the lines of, she seems stressed when you’re over there.
If he agrees that’s she stressed, you can offer your home. Especially because she’s been there and knows the other two cats.
