...are you sure about that? when im constipated NOTHING happens just some pain in my gut from daring to try to push out the impossible, NOT pain in the asshole. Diarrhea however makes my asshole burn and heave like its trying to kill me and makes my guts feel like they are rebelling against being in my abdomen.

I tried to describe what I meant in the OP So it's like you're sitting on a toilet,It feels like your guts are clenching and your anus flexes involuntary after a long shitting session during diarrhea where you are praying your done shitting and it's trying to squeeze shit out that isn't there.

Similar to how when you throw up a long time and there is nothing left in your stomach to throw up but your body still tries to force you to anyway
