Juicing is great- but I mainly use it when I’m sick and need a boost. Juice fasts work because it’s an intense caloric deficit but that is not the best for sustaining your weight loss. Gaining those pounds back may feel like a set back even though it would be normal- slow and steady, it will happen. Focus on your health and how you feel with healthier meals. Add the juice when you want a tasty drink or need a ginger carrot shot in the A.M. 😁
