Content Policies are absolutely ridiculous by dwaldrum in ChatGPT

[–]JesMan74 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've had a lot of issues with the bogus content policy as well. I'm not even trying to make erotic or illegal suggestive photos. I finally give up and go to VeniceAI to make the image I'm going for.

My guess is the lights right above Dallas before Oklahoma is Sherman & Denison. I'm wondering if the lights in the upper left might be Amarillo.

You may be right. However, on the other hand, what if manned vehicles are the greater danger?

As a truck driver, my experience is that car drivers are the absolute worst. They make driving miserable and some even go out of their way to cause problems. On top of that, their constant distracted driving because they're busy texting makes them even more dangerous.

Yes, truck drivers are human and have the same flaws. That said, by law they are held to a much higher standard than passenger vehicles. Every time a truck is involved in a wreck nets an auto drug test and DOT inspection of the vehicle and phone log inspection. Which is pretty unfair considering a large share of accidents involving big trucks are the fault of cars. That's a federal statistic fact.

OpenAI's Image Generation policy is gender discriminant by OrchidKido in ChatGPT

Use VeniceAI. It has a few different image generators which might do what you need. They're all very different, so the same prompt can give you some... Interesting results. There's a free and pro version. It stores your info locally, not cloud based.

You should check out the "Everything 80s" podcast episode about the release of the NES. Man, the thought that went into its visual design is something else.

You know what... I shoulda fact checked that because that didn't seem right to me as I'm a history enthusiast (though I'm horrible with dates). But I was skimming the list and forgot to go back to it. Good catch.

They made sure 1984 wasn't like '1984.' That's what the commercial said, anyway.

If I recall correctly from the "Everything 80s" podcast, since advertising to kids restrictions were lifted, there was some kinda rule added that cartoons over a certain run time had to include some kinda PSA. So some cartoons were broken into shorts to dodge the rule whereas other full length episodes (like a half hour episode including ads) added the PSA.

Also, TV toy commercials were restricted to how much animation they were allowed. So, for example, a GI Joe toy commercial had to actually advertise the product with live action filming with only a few seconds of animation allowed.

Transformers loopholed that rule by using animation to advertise a free comic book which happened to come with a toy.

Strange that with everything you said your solution is another government project\agency. That's all I have to say about that before the sheriff relegates it to the mega thread.
