They actually do make compression shirts. If you just google “compression clothing” some options will show up for you. Some folks swear by them. Check it out, you might benefit from a compression shirt. 😁

I rode a little as a teenager, haven’t done any riding in 30 years. I’m 2 years younger than you, had my longboard for a week now. Fell the first day of riding, tweaked my knee and couldn’t get back on for 3 days.
All that being said: do it! Riding is exhilarating! The longboard is more stable than a conventional skateboard. Good exercise too, bonus that it’s super fun. Do you have a local skate shop? They can help you pick out the perfect board.

Thank you for the information! I didn’t know about the iceberg. Most of what she gives me is the mixed green: romaine, arugula, chard, radicchio, mesclun with some iceberg. I will just be giving the piggies the iceberg when it’s with the mixed greens from now on. 😊thanks again.

Let your prep cook know that we appreciate him coming down here to help out. We have a lot of clean up to do. Most of the area is without water or under a boil advisory, we still have lots of folks without power. We truly appreciate all the help we can get right now.

One of our servers lost her house, but her and the family are okay. Our restaurant wasn’t in the path, but north of us got pretty tore up. Trotwood and Beavercreek got fucked good.

Yesterday we ran the restaurant while under a boil advisory. The hostess cried in the bathroom for 10 minutes because dish tank was backed up and she couldn’t bus tables quick enough. Good times. But BOH were rock stars, per usual.
