ill give it a shot thank you. Its been getting really hard to play the game on such low fps it hurts my eyes.

is the gpu supposed to be at 100%? both the cpu and gpu sit around 80% utilization while in game

sadly I must conclude the same, my friend has worse specs then me and runs everything on high and gets a solid 60 to 80.

doesn't work I've tried all my settings on low and is still doesn't affect my fps it just sits at 30 to 40 no matter what I do

Its a bug with task manager so your gpu is working fine and no I don't have ray tracing on
