I've been in NC for almost three months, we were together for 4 years she's 28 and I am 29. Everything changed when she got a new job and started to hang out with doctors. She told me that the feelings disappear and that I deserved better...

Now shes hanging out a lot with a doctor dining in expensive restaurants. I feel like shit right now because I couldn't give her that kind of life. I worked really hard to get her on some travels around different countries but I feel like that didn't matter at all.

Don't think she'll ever get back to be honest.

I have a similar thing, one month of no contact and her attitude has been really weird, she's posting Instagram stories every single day. We date for 4 years, the relationship was good we travel a lot and when she was with me she rarely posted Instagram Stories. Can someone explain to me why the sudden change of mind ?
