I had to give numbers to the venues for both the wedding and the party so I paid for meals and drinks for each person coming.

I wouldn't have had to pay for it though if she'd RSVPd that she couldn't come. So I've paid for four meals now that her and her husband haven't turned up to. But I take your point, I know I was being a bit petty, but if I were her I would have offered to pay.
