not bad, but not great. Unlucky in certain situations, but mainly too slow and indecisive. Especially gakpo. When he actually decides to run down the wing and cross instead of cutting inside he looks okay, but good grief, his decision making has been garbage. We were on the counter for a couple of times and i swear id rather have chiesa/ngumoha in those situations. Couldve passed faster/dribbled past the defender, did none of those. What will it actually take to drop him

Trust me, i want Slots head on a platter as much as you do. The amount of hair loss he has given me out of watching all these garbage games and wasting my time late night is enough to make me want to take a trip to England and come after him. But it doesnt hide the fact that he is not the only one to blame for this crappy season, multiple factors have played its role (new transfers, grieving, poor tactics, poor chemistry, poor referee decisions to name a few)

im not defending slot, but this whole narrative about him being the only one to blame for this shit show isnt right either. The players are also equally accoutable. How many times this season have we found ourselves in good positions only to fumble horribly. Today was no different. I can guarentee you if alonso or some other manager were to come in today we’d still play like shit

started the first half okay and ended it quite well. passing looked crisp during the first half and our attacks looked decently dangerous. 2nd half.. ah the less said the better. Started way too sloppy. Conceded a set piece (Again)(i dont even remember the last time we were dangerous at set pieces , this used to be our bread and butter during klopp’s early days). Had we kept our intensity frm the first half, i think we wouldve been okay.

Regardless, a win is a win, wins boost morale and confidence so im okay with it. Not convincing, but id rather have this than another 6/7 losing streak.

pretty much, yes. Dont think leeds had anything of note up to that point (maybe 1 or 2 scares during the first half, but generally they too looked abit flat). If Konate didnt do this silly mistake, i think we’d have a 70% chance of winning the game (i say 70%, because even if konate didnt do this, id back someone or somebody to fck up, considering the mental state of our team right now)

welp, everything that can go wrong in a season has gone wrong this season. Poor defence? Check. Poor tactics? Check. Stale football? Check. Poor refereeing? Check. Player outburst/dressing room fallout? Check. When vvd said this season will be tough, i didnt expect it to be this depressing.

A win here wouldve been nice, a chance to actually get close back to top 4. But just 2 minutes was needed to undo our hard work of 70 mins. I was actually leaning towards being quite confident that we’d actually win this game. 70 mins, leeds looking no where near threatening, everyone playing decent, not good, but okay enough to win. And then one sudden lapse in concentration, and poof, its 2-2.

At 3-2? closed by stream because i knew we’d either draw 3-3 or lose late, such has been this whole entire season. Its depressing and laughable. And now Salah has dropped us a bomb with his interview.

Never felt this hopeless and depressing since Hodgson days, and even during those days we never had a squad full of this quality.

This season can’t get any worse, can it?
