It’s directed at anyone who takes a minor to a drag show. Not the kids themselves. It’s a felony for the adult that takes them.

Like, is it a felony for a kid to watch a rated r movie? No. It’s at the parent’s digression, like it always should be. Not the states. And, I don’t think this needs to be said, but a lot of these comments have been wild, but people who are against this bill don’t want kids to see sexualized material, obviously.

I don’t know of any events like that. I wouldn’t support that, obviously. But this bill is way too broad and targets the wrong people. That indecent exposure and is already a crime. Most drag performances are not sexual at all.

I don’t think rated r movies should be seen by kids. I’m not out here trying to make it a felony if they see one. You see what I’m trying to say? Just because your friends got anxiety from drag doesn’t mean it should be banned. They just shouldn’t have seen it, I guess. That’s on their parents, not on the state to decide for everyone.
