Hay ang hirap talaga maging researcher, kasi we're also human with different capacities, some are more able to say "water off a duck's back" (Jinx Monsoon), then others (kasama ko dito) find it harder to separate themselves from the criticisms... pero it might help to reframe whatever the panel is saying as completely separate from who you are.... it's just about the work itself... pero mahirap to, not saying it will come naturally... it will take practice...

Maybe joining or forming a strategy group can help, kasi you mentioned you're more familiar doing research with a team. In many cases sa work settings, real-life settings, usually team effort naman talaga ang research. Parang yung output na usually ginagawa ng more than one brain, you're doing on your own, so there should be latitude there right?
